1. Requires overall knowledge, interest, experience, and commitment to the league
2. Responsible for the overall operation of the league, according to association guidelines, working closely with the overall commissioner
3. Recommends for Board approval, managers for each team within league, according to association guidelines
4. Sets up league draft, or team assignments, according to association guidelines, with a primary emphasis on team balance
5. Sets up playoff format in accordance with association guidelines
6. Assigns project manager for all functions of the association and within the league and monitors the successful completion of each. These will include the following:
7. Recommends tournament team managers to the Board for approval, according to association guidelines. Tournament team manager selection should be made by forming, either a formal or informal, advisory committee of league managers and other key league members
8. Establishes and enforces an equitable tryout and selection process
9. Submits recommendations on association projects and problems to the Executive Officers and Board and provides support for project implementation
10. Promotes association and league communication among all teams within individual leagues
11. Promotes the association internally and externally among the community and other associations
