1. Requires overall knowledge, interest, experience, and commitment for all associated leagues
2. Submits recommendations to Executive Committee for league commissioners
3. Prime advisor to individual league commissioners
4. Monitors operation of individual leagues
5. Insures that draft is conducted according to association guidelines and that player talent is well-balanced among teams
6. Handles problems not resolved by league commissioners. If unable to resolve, he refers to an Executive Officer for resolution or for a Board decision.
7. Appoints Tournament Director(s) for host tournaments, with Board approval, and monitors and supports tournaments so that they are carried on successfully and within association guidelines.
8. Consults with league commissioners regarding recommendations for tournament managers within association guidelines and supports recommendations made to Board for approval.
9. Monitors and advises on tournament team selection process, number of tournament entries, playing time, and conduct of team within association guidelines.
10. Submits recommendations on association projects and problems to the Executive Officers and Board and provides support for project implementation
11. Promotes association and league communication among all teams within individual leagues
12. Promotes the association internally and externally among the community and other associations
