Little League Implements Regulation
to Protect Pitchers' Arms …
Little League has become the first
international youth baseball
organization to institute a pitch
count to protect pitchers' arms.
Extensive information on the new
regulation, taking effect in the
2007 regular season, can be found
here. There's lots more info to
come this fall, including advice on
the best ways to put the regulation
into effect, and the care and
conditioning of pitchers arms.
